Bourbon Pecan Chicken
Very good. I did follow the advice of others and brown it on the stove top and finish it off in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 mins. I scored the meat with a knife before I breaded it and it seemed to help it stick a little better. I will be making this again. The sauce would be good on steak!

World's Best Lasagna
This will be my go-to recipes for lasagna now! My EXTREMELY picky 5 year old (who refuses to eat anything with sauce at all) loved it! I wasn't paying attention and used 1/2 TBS spoon to measure my basil and fennel but it was still great! I also didn't have TOMATO SAUCE or I drained a can of DICED tomato and pureed it. It worked great

Southern Pulled Pork
It was perfect for what we wanted it. I used it to make pulled pork tacos. Inspired by tacos I had at a little hole in the wall place, I topped them with pico de gallo, cheese and remoulade (sp?) sauce. leftovers we used for sandwiches, and made a quesadilla with a little bbq sauce and cheese and dipped in salsa Verde. They were all very tasty!
