Easy Bunny Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
This cake turned out so cute. I didn't use shredded coconut all over but I used it for the inside of the ears and along the edge of the bow tie. Everyone loved it and I will make this again.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
I make these often for partys I cater. The recipe makes alot. You can use many combos of cake and frosting. Everyone loves these when I serve them. I keep uncoated cake balls in the freezer, so I have them when I need them.

Crazy Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
I made this for a friend who had a heart attack. It is the best cake ever. Very moist, and choclately. I made it into cupcakes, because I was taking them to the hospital for him. I baked the cupcakes for 15 minutes as suggested by another reviewer and they turned out perfect. They rose high. I know no one will be able to tell they have no eggs, in them. I just sprinkled with confectioners sugar instead of a frosting so there wouldn't added fat. Next time I make them I want to try to glaze them. I will make this recipe again.

Pasta with Peas and Sausage

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
I don't know, but I think people are afraid peas. I made this for the staff at the school where I am the cook. I thought this was very good, but the staff didn't seem to like it very much. I'm faulting the peas. I like peas. My family liked this so I would try this with your family. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. We aren't afraid of peas. LOL

Cream Puff Shells

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
I never made cream puffs before, and I did mess up the first time I made these. On the second try they came out great. It was defintely operator error. I wanted small puffs, so I used my small cookie scoop to spoon them out and cooked them a little less time. I think my mistake was not mixing the eggs in enough. They came out as little hard balls. I found out the hard way that you really have to incorporate the eggs in very well. When you think you have done it enough, do it some more.

Cucumber Pea Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
I followed this recipe exactly, and I thought it was a pretty good salad. I only gave it 4 stars because I think it needs another layer of flavor. There is something missing although I can't figure out what that is. I will try this again after I decide what it needs.

I made this for my co-workers. They loved it. I'm not a fan of pound cake so I'm no judge. They all thought it was the best.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
I made this for a Super Bowl party. I made enough for 60 people and it was just wonderful. The only changes I made were I added some chopped green onions and sesame seeds to it at the end. I also thickened it a little with corn starch. Every drop was eaten and I could have used more. I will be making this again for sure.

Very good. I don't know why I was afraid of Stroganoff. The only change I made was I made it on the stove top.

Cranberry Crunch Squares

I followed some other reviewers suggestions and cut the butter and sugar. I put the oatmeal mixture on the bottom and top. I put it in the fridge after it cooled and had no problem cutting it into bars, and they kept their shape.

I just finished making this candy. It's just how I remembered it. Perfection. I followed the recipe exactly and other reviewers were right. You must be patient. It takes a while to reach temp. I dipped the candy half way in the chocolate. I will definetely be making more for the holidays. Mag
