There is no way to make a mistake with this one! Instead of a bag, I put the ingredients in a tupperware and shook it around. I did 357 degrees instead of 400 degrees for 1/2 pound of brussel sprouts, and it took 30 minutes. I did some of them whole and some split in half. I like the ones cut in half better because you get more of that nice carmelized/burnt taste. I also didn't have any kosher salt, so used sea salt which worked fine. I am not a kitchen person and these turned out great!
