I love to bake. I just do it when I get bored! I started with cakes and muffins, then moved to breads and cookies. I was recently asked to make a cookie bouquet for my niece. Her theme was elephants. She asked if I could do rice crispies on a stick with the cookies too, I must have been feeling…

I haven't been cooking or baking very long, but since I am a stay at home mom now, I find time for it. I find it calming to bake. I don't actually eat what I make....most of the time, but I do taste a bit to make sure that it's good!

I love to try everything. But I love making cookies and baking cakes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We have always made rolls! Sweet rolls, dinner rolls, rolls with icing, rolls in coconut milk. Love it!

When I made my sisters wedding cake. It was my first one and I am so happy that she believed that I could!
My cooking tragedies
Trying to make a chocolate roll. And frying anything! I have a hard time, which in the long run is a good thing!
