Very yummy! Made if for breakfast for dinner night using Cinnabon cinnamon bread. Made the whole loaf and there is none left! Definately saving to my recipe box....tasted like something you would get from IHOP or Dennys!

Banana Muffins II

Made these this morning, they are soooo good. Added the vanilla, cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg like others. Also substituted applesauce for the butter. Came out moist and yummy!

Banana Nut Bread

Quick and easy....used banana supreme cake mix and mini chocolate chips instead of pecans. Also added in a teaspoon of vanilla like others have suggested. Yummy!

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Very good!! I didn't have balsamic vineger, so I used a steak rub and marinated the loin in balsamic vinagerette for about 3 hrs then cooked in a crockpot for 8 hrs on low with the marinade too....didn't even need a knife it just fell apart!

Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole

Very Good!! I added in some cinnamon to the sweet potatoes. Made this for Thanksgiving and my MIL had to have the recipe. Going to make it again for Christmas.
