Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

my kids and I love this recipe! I get asked to make it all the time. I love that the sauce is light. t works best with fresh asparagus. YUM!

Gypsy Soup

this is a very savory and hearty soup that is great for something different! I did use the suggestions from other commenters like soy and cumin. Threw everything in a crock pot and cooked on high for 4 hours. I would make this again!
