WOW! All wonderful meals my family loves! I can't wait to try that pear salad! And SO economical - I have most of this stuff already. Thank you, thank you, thank you, All Recipies!! I never have any time to plan meals, but we hate to waste money and nutrition on eating out. Now we don't have too! Going shopping with my Shopping list tomorrow! The kids and I are SO excited!

Pecan Pear Bread

Wow! Awesome! Such a nice change from banana bread. The spices are so subtle and wonderful! My kids devoured it - especially spread with cream cheese on top.

Chicken and Leek Casserole

I was looking to use the leeks I got from the farmer's market This is like a super fast chicken pot pie! My family loved it! I did use chicken broth instead of wine because my kids don't like the taste of it.

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Wow! I agree with everyone else - best tasting, most moist corned beef! I did what HeyChelle suggested and threw it all in the slow cooker since it was too nice outside! Did cabbage & apples on stove top - yum! Thank you!!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake II

My kids LOVE this cake, especially for their birthdays! I found a low-fat version where you swap out the butter for low-fat mayo and use canola oil instead of vegatable. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup semisweet chips & 2 tbls. finley chopped pecans, then bake. Awesome!

Southwest Chicken Salad II
