Parsley Spinach Chicken Stew

This was a great recipe. Instead of using chicken breast I cut up 2 chicken quarters into pieces and then took the meet off the bone when it was finished.

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

These were so good!!! I love them. Substituted strawberry yogurt for blueberry and used frozen blueberries. I think that the frozen berries may have added more moisture.

I really enjoyed the flavours in this dish. I didn't have any stock, so I added bullion instead. I did put a little too much water in, so it was a little soupier than I think it was suppose to be. Next time I would add more lentils.
