I am a 45 year old grandmother to six with the seventh on the way. My husband and I do a family dinner on night every week and a Sunday morning breakfast for all of the kids that want to come. We have found that if you serve food - they will come! I love this site and have been working to make new dishes so that they don't get bored with the same old things.

Roasted Asparagus and Garlic
Served this last night as a side with jagerschnitzel (fron Guy's Big Bite) it was wonderful!! My step daughters, husband and myself couldn't get enough, no left overs...The only changed I made was I replaced wine with butter and did it in one large foil pack. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe.

Zesty Slow-Cooker Italian Pot Roast
We have our kids and grandkids over every week for dinner. I wanted to try something different instead of the same old pot roast - they loved this. It reminded me of a thick veggie-beef soup. Thanks for sharing!

Double Tomato Bruschetta
I made this minus the sun dried tomatoes, I didn't have any. I was wonderful, our company loved it too!
