Bordelaise Sauce with Mushrooms

I was beyond impressed. WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! Was SO easy to make and had such a wonderful flavor! After reading other reviews I did double it...and that was perfect for my boyfriend and I. I served it over venison steaks, with a side of mashed potatoes and a blue cheese wedge salad. Thank you for this amazing sauce!

Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)

I would not change anything! This was absolutely perfect! Great after a long day at work when you really don't feel like cooking anything but want something to warm you to the soul. Thank you so much Brian! I can't wait to have some with lunch tomorrow!

Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Burgers

Great! I did some changes thought. Actually used canned chicken and it was fantastic! Didn't have ground chicken...so that's why I'm giving it four stars....thanks for the recipe! My boyfriend and I are huge blue cheese and wing sauce lovers!

Spicy Dill Potato Salad

Wow. This one kinda took words out of my mouth. Time consuming? A little....Worth it? YES. I just made this this afternoon...can't go wrong making a recipe like this on a Sunday afternoon. I also took others advice and cut back on the peppers and sauce. I'm truly blown away. Could almost cry over it. For real. Thanks for the recipe!! :)

Beef Bulgogi

This is absolutely fantastic. I was running low on soy sauce so I used about 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 3 of soy sauce. I don't have a grill so after it marinated for about 24 hours I put it in the broiler for just a few minutes. This was just absolutely amazing. My boyfriend couldn't say "Mmmmm" enough as he was cleaning his plate. Thank you so much for your recipe!

Grandma's Tomato Soup

This is a great recipe. It was so easy to throw together! I didn't use the sugar as I didn't want the sweetness. I threw in a couple of drops of Tabasco to give it a little kick and I used some Italian seasoning. Thanks for the recipe!

Game Hen Stuffed with Wild Rice and Mushrooms

The hen itself was very good, although I made sure to check it early to ensure it wouldn't dry out. The rice was a little bland and dry....I will try more seasonings with that next time. It was a good Sunday afternoon meal...one you can surely take a nap after!
