Grilled Mahi Mahi

Great flavor. I used fresh Garlic and rubbed it in as I didn't have any canned/Minced Garlic. (I used 1-2 Cloves per Fillet, mashed and rubbed in). Recipe was a nice complement to Mahi Mahi's natural flavor.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Excellent flavor! Did it on the BBQ Grill and it held together quite nicely. I felt it hid some of the naturally great yet subtle taste of the Mahi Mahi. I tried a similar recipe on Salmon and loved it. I may try something a little lighter next time around. For someone who is not a fan of fish though, this sauce would be great, My girlfriend liked it and she does not like fish.
