Honey-Garlic Pork Ribs

YUM! made almost like recipe exceot I did not have any ginger or garlic powder, so I used my garlic press and squeezed 4 pieces of garlic to add to the bowl of marinade. Marinated about 6 hrs. Baked for the hour and then covered with some saved marinade mixture and cooked about 30 min w/out the foil. They were delicious..just wish we'd had a few more ribs! Will make this recipe again..even our picky 14yr old daughter ate them without complaint..

Chicken Pot Pie III

I used left over homemade chicken gravy we had with last nites roast chicken dinner. Also, used canned mixed vegies since my husband does not care for frozen. A few extra spices to taste, garlic salt, pepper, chicken seasoning..and yum!!! Great recipe for use with leftovers.

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

I used around 6 lbs of pork spare ribs. The ribs just slid off of the bone..I guess we are having pulled pork sandwiches instead of pork ribs.The sauce is a little bland, so I added more Famous Daves Rich and Sassy barbecue sauce. The meat is VERY tender. I did boil the ribs before putting them in the crock pot to help remove some of the fat. I've never made ribs this way before..but I was feeling for them and the weather was not good for outdoor barbecue..I'll probebly make this again..just not sooooo much of it..

Mini Meatloaves

Very disappointed. Followed the directions exactly and added a little onion and green pepper. Did not hold together well..maybe needed more oatmeal or breadcrumbs. Also needed more spices of somekind ..needed something it was blah to say the least. My family paid $30 not to eat it..sorry.. :(

Pepperoni Bread

I've used the basic recipe for years..Thanks to my mom. I always add a thin layer of sauce..usually leftover from spaghetti dinner early in the week. I also sprinkle a little bit of garlic salt on top of the it a good flavor. yum!

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Very good..Although I only made 1/4 of the recipe and it made ALOT of rice/bean/cheese mixture. I did not use the pinto beans. But I did use a spanish rice and mild salsa with some mexicorn. Used lowfat cheese to help with high calorie count(thats why I gave it 4/5 stars). May try to bake it with a little more salsa. Will make again..yumm good stuff!
