I used the Jack/Cheddar 'Crumbles'; it works great; the cheese is a little larger chunks and mixes well with the rest. I also 'lightened' this up by omitting the salad dressing and sprinkling in some salad dressing dry mixture and just adding a little olive oil before serving. It was really good!
