Vegan Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
FANTASTIC! My family and friends would never have know that this was vegan. I even made a chocolate icing for it. LOVE IT! I'm going to keep making this for a long long time.

Strawberry Dream Cake II

Pretty good, it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be but it still tasted great with the topping.

Zucchini Bread IV

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
WONDERFUL! I couldn't stop eating it. I made the suggested crumb topping and used the 1/2 applesauce & oil method and boy was it tasty. I'll be using this recipe from now on.

Pretty good, but I sort of wished it was a tad bit sweeter. My girls loved it just the way it was.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
I used 1/2 cup less sugar and instead of oil I used apple sauce. It still tasted absolutely wonderful. My kids didn't even notice that they were eating zucchini. I make this whenever I have blueberries.

Easy Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
Super easy to make. I used about 1/2 cup to 3/4 less sugar and it was still tasty. I'll definitely make it again and again. It tastes even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Breakfast Kolaches

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
My favorite so far! I normally use crescent rolls to wrap the sausages in, but this was so much better. I didn't have a bread machine so I mixed the sugar, milk and yeast together and added it to the dry mix (I added the butter to the dry mix right before I added yeast mixture). I then let in rise for an hour or two. Then wrapped the little smokies with a small piece of dough, let rise again for 15 min. and then baked for 16 min. I think I'm going to use this dough for dinner rolls from now on...its just that good.

Pizza Stix

I didn't have egg roll wrappers so I used phyllo dough instead and it didn't taste all that great. I will say that in my case they tasted better fried than baked.

Cornish Splits

Easy to make but they didn't have much flavor, which was surprising because they smelled so good while they were baking.
