Vegan Chocolate Cake
FANTASTIC! My family and friends would never have know that this was vegan. I even made a chocolate icing for it. LOVE IT! I'm going to keep making this for a long long time.

Strawberry Dream Cake II
Pretty good, it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be but it still tasted great with the topping.

Zucchini Bread IV
WONDERFUL! I couldn't stop eating it. I made the suggested crumb topping and used the 1/2 applesauce & oil method and boy was it tasty. I'll be using this recipe from now on.
