French Toast Casserole
Cut the bread into small cubes, that way it was very easy for the kids to eat. The family LOVED it.

Apple Almond Crunch Salad
Pretty good, the family didn't love the raspberry vinegrette though, will try another type of dressing next time.

Cream Cheese Squares
So easy! Everyone loved them. I cut down the filling by 1/4 and it still was more than necessary. Will cut back by 1/2 next time.
