About this Cook
I'm a happy mom to two sweet beautiful girls ages 4 & 6 yrs. old married to a wonderful ( a little crazy too) man, we just celebrated our 10th year anniversary :). I love to cook and I'm always changing some ingridients in a recipe in order to make them healthy for my family but I especially love to bake althou I always end up giving most of it away otherwise I will be as wide as my kitchen table :(. Last year I planted and herb garden, basil, thyme, chives, parsley and oregano and since I was succesful with that this year we are building a raised bed for my veggies(tomatoes, zucchini and egg plant) sooo looking forward to cooking with fresh herbs and veggies this summer.

Red Bell Pepper Coulis
Wonderful flavor! served this with cod that I just pan sauteed in little olive oil salt and pepper and roasted asparagus.I didn't have shallots so I used quarter of a yellow onion and three garlic cloves. Super easy to make and healthy if you use low fat sour cream! Thanks for sharing Skapino!
