I love to cook anything and I do agree with the statement "Anyone Can Cook". I have a wife whom I show as many things to as I can in the kitchen, and two young boys that I will teach when they are older. My 3 year old can make spaghetti - though I don't let him touch the pot once its hot :)
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook Ethnic food. From China to Mexico, from Italy to the Brazil, all food is very enticing to me. Personally, I think sauces are where its at.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family doesn't have many traditions as far as cooking goes. On Turkey day we each chip in and cook a dish or two, but that's the extent of our tradition.
