Caramelized Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
I can't even imagine why this doesn't have a full 5 stars. These are amazing, so amazing that I don't even want regular salted ones anymore. My kids love these, and although I made it exactly as per directions... I can see how this is easily customizable to your liking, for instance, I think I want a little more cayenne next time. I love these, and when we run out I'm going to be sad to have to wait until next Halloween to have access to pumpkins again. :)

Quick Tartar Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2013
I made fried fish for dinner, and realized I didn't have any tartar sauce. Came here, found this one, and had it made in about a minute. It is wonderful, my whole family loves it, and it saves me from having to worry about ever being out of tartar sauce again. Thanks!

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2013
I must admit, I was skeptical that such a simple recipe could turn out such beautiful, and perfectly textured loaves. I do not have a bread machine, so I used my stand mixer to do the mixing/kneading. These are amazing, We had one loaf tonight with our spaghetti, I put garlic butter and mozzarella on the halves and toasted them. Wonderful. I think with the leftover loaf I am going to make bruschetta. This is going to be my permanent recipe for french bread. This is truly that amazing.

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
I didn't have baked beans, so I substitued with ranch style beans... and like some of the others I put shredded cheddar over the hot dogs... But I can imagine this being really good with the baked beans too... This was great, and I'm not a huge fan of hot dogs!! I'm eating this right now, as I leave this review, and I am already planning on going back for more! I will make this again, as it was easy, and very yummy! Great recipe! Glad I found it!

Wiener Winks

Kids loved these, and ate them quickly. My slowest eating child, was actually done first! Thanks for a different take a typical kid food. :) (I know I'll love them too!)

This is such a wonderful and simple recipe! I didn't change a thing, and you won't need to either! Very yummy and I could eat the whole loaf at once if I allowed myself to. :)

Campbell's® Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2009
These were really good... quick, easy... I keep all of the ingredients that were needed on hand anyway... I seasoned the chicken (with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin and extra chili powder) as I pan cooked them... then diced it up pretty small... I added a bit of onion to the mix... and instead of only making 6 I made twice as many, and didn't use the filling on top of them... Instead, on top I added more picante sauce, and cheese. It was really good! I will be making them again... Everyone loved them!

Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
This was one of the best cobblers I've ever had. I thought that was a bit much sugar to put on top, so I eyeballed it to what I thought seemed enough. I also added a bit of cinnamon to the cooking peaches. The only thing I will do different the next time I make this, is adding more syrup into it, our family likes peach cobblers a little more gooey than dry. :) A keeper for sure!

Crab Rangoon III

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
I only used one can of crab, added about 2 tsp of soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, and instead of water chestnuts I used onion. This was so delicious! I will make this one again many times I'm sure!
