Barbeque Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
This is a great family pleaser, even my kids loved it! I did cut the recipe in half (except bbq sauce) and added a layer of shredded cheese between the meat and cornbread. This recipe can easily adjust to ingredients you have on hand.

Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2009
My entire family raved about this recipe! I "baked" the potatoes in the microwave to save on time. I followed the recipe only excluding items I didn't have on hand and even then I thought the flavor and texture was perfect. Thanks!!

Impossibly Easy Taco Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
My whole family loved this. I used one can of Rotel w/chiles, undrained. This added a little moisture to the mix. I also added garlic and onion powder and dried herbs to the Bisquick mixture to add more flavor. This recipe would also be extra yummy with black bean and corn salsa added to the taco meat.

Broccoli Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2010
This really is very a simple recipe. It does need to be kicked up a notch. I used cream of chicken soup and added lots of garlic and italian spices along the way and some red onion adds a little extra flavor too. The family approved!

These were a hit! Enough flavor for the adults, yet mild enough for the kids. Will definitely use this recipe in the future!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
These turned out just the way I wanted! I did end up adding more flour a little sprinkle at a time since the batter seemed too wet. They probably would have been good without the extra flour too. I will add some more cinnamon next time. Overall great!! Thanks for sharing!!

Peanut Butter Chews

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
LOVE these!! I've been searching since grade school (20+ years) for a recipe to match up to the treats our amazing kitchen crew served us... and THIS IS IT!!! I just dropped them "free-form" style onto a baking sheet to cool (rolling into balls can be messy and hot). Super easy and my kids love them like I do. A must-have treat. Thanks!

Brown Sugar Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2013
Super easy & Yummy too! These turned out perfectly thick and moist. I doubled the recipe and per other reviews, I melted the butter which really helped with spreading in the pan. These are very versatile too... I added Heath bar bits! Next time I will try the walnuts with chocolate chips. Thanks for sharing!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2014
Awesome & Easy!! I used Corinnes seasoning suggestions and added a dash of hot sauce for a little kick. Delicious! I did brown the meat before putting in the slow cooker. The seasoned salt and extra garlic with the hot sauce gives this beef stew the extra flavor to keep it from being the boring and bland stew I grew up with.

Simple Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2015
I will never make sloppy joes any other way! Great for cold or hot months and parties. I typically follow the recipe exactly, with the except of holding back on the brown sugar a tad. My whole family loves these "joes" and requests them often. Thanks for sharing!!
