Best chocolate cake I have ever had!!! I was really nervous about the batter because it was at a dense mousse like consistency but the cake turned out perfectly. I covered it with the Pro Ganache from this site and everyone loved it. Thank you for the recipe.

Cream Cheese-Filled Coffeecake With Fruit Preserves and Crumble Topping

This was fantastic!! I made some peach compote to put on the cream cheese filling layer and it turned out to be the best desert I've ever made. My mom and I were instantly discussing what other kinds of compote we could put in this delicious dish!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This is a wonderful recipe and so easy! I mixed up all the spices and prepared the chicken 24 hours in advance. I popped the chicken in on my lunch break and by the time I got home it was perfectly cooked and ready. I will be making this often in our household. The seasoning mix was a little spicy but delicious none the less. Thank you.

White Pizza with Roasted Garlic and Green Olives

This was a great recipe. I added chicken that I had slow boiled in some garlic powder and italian seasoning and it was delicious. I will certainly make again. My only change was to use lots of minced garlic in a jar instead of the whole garlic cloves. I will certainly follow the recipe next time for the full effect.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

What a great comfort food! My boyfriend and I both loved it. The only substitutions I made were buttery Ritz cracker topping instead of chips and I had to use cream of chicken (2 cans along with the cream of mushroom) only because I didn't have any cream of celery on hand. It turned out great. Next time I'll add some sour cream to see how that tastes.

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

I threw all of the ingredients, plus a can of cream of potato and a little extra milk, into the crock pot before I left for work this morning and came home to a great smell. The chowder was delicious. I will certainly make this again.
