Awesome Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2013
This is the best pasta salad I've ever had. Made as written, or adjusted to your own preferences, you just can't go wrong with this recipe. I've done it several different ways, adding avocado, sliced black olives, cucumber, red onion, various cheeses (feta is really good), anything and everything works in this pasta salad. So, so good. I think I'll have another bowl! ;)

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2012
We really enjoyed these! I followed the recipe exactly except for using 1/2 of the amount of mayo - just a personal preference. Will definitely make them again especially for football watching!

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
Yummy! This recipe is fabulous! I followed the recipe except for the amount of chicken broth (cut it down to 3 cups) and used leftover white beans from last night's dinner (from our local farmers market). Definitely add the cinnamon - it adds a unique flavor. Loved it and so does the family! Thanks Donna :)

Cola Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
Definitely a keeper! My husband and son, who both know their way around a pork chop, proclaimed these to be the best ones they'd ever had. And it couldn't be any easier! Makes everyone happy. I followed the recipe exactly and had 8 pork chops. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
Everyone loved these. They were easier and faster than the cake balls I made and they taste divine. I used chocolate almond bark with a tbsp of shortening (melted together in the microwave), and I placed them in the freezer for about an hour before dipping. Amazing! Thanks for the recipe...can't wait to try out the variations.

Simple Turkey Chili

Excellent chili! My hubby isn't a big fan of turkey but he actually likes this more than my usual recipe made with beef. Definitely a keeper!

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
****MMM!! is what I heard over & over again with this recipe. I did saute' my cubed chicken breasts with a little seasoning and olive oil before adding it to the soup mixture, and used chicken broth instead of water. Also, took another reviewers' advice and used instant rice....had no problems with rice being undercooked. After baking for 30 minutes I topped it with the cheese and some crushed french-fried onions, and baked another 10 min. I let it stand about 15 minutes and it was perfect. Excellent recipe, I will make this often! Thanks! :)

Marinade for Steak I

so good! I did change the oil to EVOO but that's the only change I made. Really enhances the flavor of the beef. Love it!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
This cake is perfect...and I'm not much of a cake lover! I think the texture is what makes it soooo good. And there's no such thing as too much chocolate in my opinion. MMMMMMM!!!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
Really good! Didn't have cream of potato soup, used cream of mushroom instead. Also, I browned the hashbrowns a bit before mixing with the other ingredients. My family devoured it! Thank you for the recipe.

Salmon Patties I

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
Great recipe! I made a few changes, using 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/4 cup self-rising flour, then lightly dredged them in flour before browning. Also added garlic salt & chives to the mix as well. The kids loved them, too! Thanks :)
