Special Buttercream Frosting
Followed the recipe somewhat, but only used a 2 lb bag of powdered sugar and 1.5 cups unsalted butter and 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening. Tasted pretty good, somewhat greasy but I think everyone will like it.

Cindy's Jambalaya
Tasty, tasty, tasty! Usually I just make jambalaya from one of those box kits and call it good...but I figured I'd try to mix it up. This is a delicious, better version of what I'm use to making. I added chicken to the mix but thats the only thing I changed. will definitely make again.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
I found this to be pretty tasty (and not alarmingly spicy like others had). I used the thick Frank's Hot Sauce and sprinkled some dry ranch dressing mix into it. I'd say probably a little more than a tablespoon. I used 4 partially frozen breasts on low for about 6 hours and shredded about an hour before eating. It wasn't dry, but moist and delicious. Added ranch dressing to a toasted hoagie and some crumbled blue cheese. Will likely make again!
