Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
Awesome recipe. I used 1/2 sugar 1/2 soy 1/2 honey 1/2 ketchup and left out salt. soy is salty enough. I actually boil tofu noodles then simmer them in the sauce and excellent lo cal meal.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Dijon Sauce
Pork was good but it would be anyway. I did not brown pork or mushrooms and onions tring to save on the calories a bit. I also used reduce fat sour cream. The taste was like Pork Stroganoff.. No real kick of dijon. If you like the dijon add more. Was ok would not make again without some changes

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
Awesome stew! Would have gotten 5 but prep work isnt a part of crocking for me. I used double the liquid and instead of water used beef broth. I added mushrooms. I didnt add flour at the end but i think it is because I didnt shake off excess flour when i browned the meat..Which i was scared i would overcook but didnt go me! I also prepped the meat and onions and deglazed pan the day before and put in fridge the day before b/c day of I knew i only had time to toss in This makes it in to my recipe book.
