Kale has been coming out of the gardens lately and some of our more creative investors came up with this idea for chips.
Kale destemmed and torn to small chip size pieces
1 tbs. oil
2 tbs. cider vinegar
salt to taste
baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray
