Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Best apple pie I ever made, and very easy. The only changes I made was I added about a 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch to my mix, 1/4 tsp of allspice, and 1 level tsp of good cinnamon. Best apple pie ever. I cooked it exactly as recipe called for. I baked mine in a white corningware pie plate on the next to the top rack. It came out perfect cooked exactly like the recipe said.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
Loved it! Incredibly easy and very good. I made a few modifications, since I didn't have 'steak seasoning" I added in a bit of soy, onion powder, thyme, paprkia - the typical things I season my steaks with. Added some garlic. Last hour of cooking put in some baby carrots, then about 30 minutes later some white potatoes, and mushrooms. I should have bought 2 tubs of mushrooms, they were awesome. Should make excellent Cubans or barbeque with the leftover meat. The drippings make tremendous gravy. Add bread and you have a meal!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
It's good! Great way to cook pork in a crock pot. I don't much care for root beer, but I made it with root beer, and it's very good. Not the best I've ever had, but really good for home barbeque that is EASY. Can I taste the rootbeer? Just barely - I drained it all out before I put my sauce in- it somehow goes ok with the sauce and deepens it a bit. Doesn't taste like rootbeer. Could smell better cooking though!
