Grilled Marinated Swordfish

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
This recipe was great and easy! I followed it exactly and marinated the steaks for approximately 6 hours. They were grilled to perfection with great flavor and very juicy. My boyfriend wants to eat these at least once a week! I made the marinade and he did the grilling.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
I give these a 5 because it is the first time I've made sugar cookies from scratch and they turned out amazing. I would add a teaspoon of salt next time. Like the other reviewers warned me I took out the cookies after 7 minutes - they didn't look done, but they were. They were chewy and soft on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. I'll be making these again for sure!!

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
This recipe was easy and amazing!! My boyfriend usually doesn't like chili and he loved it! Very healthy and full of flavor too. I always have all of the ingredients on hand so this will be my new chili recipe. I did make some changes, added only 1 cup of water, more crushed red pepper and corn starch at the end to make it thicker. So good!

Shiitake Angel Hair Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
This was the best pasta I've made in a long time! So easy and so good! I would recommend doubling the sauce as other reviewers have suggested. I also added a little more garlic. My boyfriend wants it again tonight!

Baby BLT

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
These were a hit at the party we had! So good and so cute, but I'm not sure I'll put the effort in again anytime soon. It really takes a lot of patience to spoon / get out the middle of the tomato.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
This was our first time making prime rib and it turned out delicious! It did cook much faster than we anticipated. I will def. use this recipe whenever I make prime rib. A meat thermometer is key here.

Shrimp and Asparagus

Yum, this is great! I followed the recipe exactly and added all of the butter. So good. I love this recipe but since it has so much butter, I'll only make it once in a great while!

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2010
I have to be honest... I made lots of changes to this recipe, but it was outstanding!! I used the ground fresh chili paste with garlic and added an extra teaspoon or so, I added a splash of teriyaki and miran to the soy sauce, and I added many fresh vegetables, including baby corn, sugar peas and water chestnuts. I also added a 1/4 cup of chicken broth at the end to get more sauce. I will be making this a lot - my boyfriend couldn't stop eating it, it was addicting!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
Made this for a birthday party and everybody absolutely loved it! It really did taste like dip from a restaurant. I've never tried it with mayo / sour cream - but I do know this is amazing.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2011
Love this dressing - it was simple to make and amazing! I used it as a dressing and a marinade for chicken, the chicken tasted awesome and it only sat in the dressing for a few minutes. This will be my go to whenever I'm craving Greek, yummy!!

Gyoza

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
These were delicious! Just like take out, but so much better for you. Instead of carrots I used water chestnuts, the extra crunch was great! These aren't easy to make for first timers, it took me a long time to get the hang of it. I will be making again!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Yum! This pot roast is great. I will def. be making it again. The only complaint I have is that it was just a little bit rich and heavy. It's great for a cold winter night though.

Won Ton Wrapper Appetizers

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
I made this several times during the holiday's and it is amazing! I received many compliments and I loved it myself. Easy to make. I would agree that using a little less ranch makes it better, and make sure to cook and drain all of the grease from the sausage first. This is going to be my new favorite app recipe!
