Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2015
This seemed more like a cake in pie shape-still delicious though. My cranberries all rose to the top so the bottom 2/3 was mostly plain cake. I will def. make this again though.

Sweet Onion BBQ Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
OMG! These were awesome! We have soooo much venison burger meat in our freezer and I don't really like regular burgers made from ground venison....this was the perfect thing!!! The sauce recipe made way too much sauce though-Im sure you could easily cut that part in half and still have tons of sauce to put on the burger. Didn't have the smoked cheese-although that sounds good-subbed colby jack slices. Used Hunt's bold bbq sauce (never had it before but it worked for this-our norm is sweet baby rays)

Awesome.....and great tip about putting the asparagus on the skewers! I only needed one skewer per "row" of asparagus. These were definitely delish!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

An extremely sweet cookie. It is tasty though. I needed at least 10 min. if not more. I like a little brown on the edges.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
Wow, this was really good! Frank's Red Hot is the ticket to this one. I made it over at my mom's house the other day and she didn't have that brand. I used what she had on hand and it wasn't nearly as good. Now I know.

Easy Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
So delicious! I couldn't find frozen bread at the grocery store...had to use frozen parker house roll dough and squish them together to form the dough rectangle...it worked though. And still tasted awesome.

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2009
Yeah....the one minute rule-thank you for that! I've made these before with another recipe and they tend to get dry...but followed someones advice to stick to the one minute of boiling and these were perfect! My son says they are his favorite now and keeps asking me to make them again! So easy too.

These were delicious-I do agree that the flour mixture could be cut down at least for the amount that I normally cook.

Peach Pie

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
Soooo yummy, I did use the T. of cornstarch, added 1 cup of blueberries and sooooo couldn't wait the whole time for the "leave it in the oven to cool down" trick suggested by others. I left it for about 45 min. and it was still runny...but, I don't care it was delic. And the next day, it wasn't as runny.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
Yeah..so good..I used the Mexican 4-cheese blend (not the taco cheese-gross) and I used extra in the filling and on top-love cheese! Also, used minced garlic with the onions instead of garlic powder and I shredded the chicken instead of chopping it. It was yum!
