French Toast Casserole

I used a loaf of Italian bread, 9 eggs and 3 cups of a combination of milk, half & half and eggnog. I baked it for 50 minutes in a 9x13 pan and it came out beautifully!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

I used Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs and also took a frozen box of broccoli with cheese sauce, microwaved it for 1/2 the time on the box just so it wasn't completely frozen and stirred that in with the chicken and noodles... very tasty!

Haitian French Toast

The french toast had a great flavor. Next time I might add a little Grand Marnier too! I would definately suggest that you whisk the liquid mixture in a small bowl first, THEN put it in the 9x13 pan so the bread can soak it up. I made a big mess trying to blend it in the shallow pan.
