Monterey Chicken
My husband and I loved this. I thought all of the flavors blended very well together. The only things I changed was to flatten the breasts before cooking...everything stayed on the breast! I only had teriyaki sauce (not marinade) and it worked great. Next time I will use a thicker slice of bacon.

Shrimp Scampi III
This needs much more garlic than what's called for. We loved it with these changes: I used 1/4 cup each of butter & EVOO, 8 teaspoons of minced garlic (didn't remove it), and only used about 2 heaping teaspoons of the bread crumbs. Served it over spinach pasta. Yummy!

Mushroom Sauce
I was looking for something to fancy-up our steaks on New Years Eve and this was perfect. I was worried it would be too gravy like, but it wasn't at all. I also substituted onions & garlic for the shallots and used corn starch instead of the arrowroot.
