Grilled Lime Cilantro Ahi with Honey Glaze
excellent dish! I have never enjoyed tuna steaks so much before! I don't know if the tuna I used was yellow fin, but it was delicious either way. I used powdered ginger because I did not have fresh on hand. I also used a george foreman grill after marinating about an hour without the honey, and then removed the fish, added honey and boiled the marinade (as suggested by another commenter)while the fish was cooking and drizzled it on the fish before serving! A side note -- I accidentally spilled some pineapple juice on the dish at the table and it was still great! If I have it on hand next time, I would think about adding about 2 table spoons of pineapple juice to the marinade (on purpose)!! ENJOY

Singapore Satay
My husband LOVES this recipe! (I do too) I use sesame oil instead of peanut (allergies) and when I can't find fresh lemongrass I use powdered. I serve them just as chicken breasts, and they're great! Instead of using some of the marinade as dipping sauce, I make my own, and often grill the remaining marinated onions on my george foreman when the chicken is finished. EXCELLENT RECIPE.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
I loved this recipe, I only added a little more lime juice than it calls for and used fresh garlic in the skillet instead of garlic powder. It was fantastic! I made it for 3 friends and they all loved it. It was so easy, and time effective yet still a unique, amazingly flavored dish! I highly recommend it (but strongly suggest real garlic)
