Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Delish!! My modifications were.... I added some petite carrots, 2 med. potatoes, 2 stalks of celery, 2 onions, and some peas for the vegetables. I also added 2 beef bouillon cubes (did not dissolve first because I forgot) along with the water. I also coated the beef with some flour with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, Greek seasoning, & garlic powder mixed in and then seared all sides in some butter. Cooked for about 9.5 hrs on low. It was so yummy and tasteful. Served over cauliflower mashed "potatoes". Will def. make again!

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

These were really good! I did what the other reviewers said like adding more lemon juice. I left them out on my counter in a covered pan and they stayed nice and moist for over week.

Amazing bread! This was my first attempt at making bread and I really think that it turned out perfectly. The only problem I had was that I really don't know how to knead properly. I would have liked more instructions on that part. Otherwise, it tasted great!

Cake Balls

These were a huge hit for a cookie exchange party that I attended. Make sure that you chill the cake and icing mixture for about an hour in the freezer and then for 6 hrs after forming the balls so that they are firm when dipping them in the coating. I made chocolate cake with chocolate icing and chocolate coating. I also made red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and vanilla coating. Everyone LOVED these. I will definitely make these again!
