Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies
all the reviews are right on...best cookies ever. I found that if you bake for exactly 8 min, take them out (you will think they aren't fully baked), place 1/2 an Andes in there...and then put them back in for 15 seconds it will allow you to spread them out better.

Bread and Celery Stuffing
The recipe is perfect. If you like stuffing that isn't too dry and isn't mushy this is your recipe. :)
