Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE. MY HUSBAND, DAUGHTER AND I LOVED IT. THE ONLY THING I'M GOING TO DO DIFFERENT IS TO DOUBLE THE SAUCE PART OF THE RECIPE AND I MAY ADD SOME WHITE WINE. VERY TASTY. INFACT MY DAUGHTER AND I ARE MAKING IT TONIGHT. ENJOY!

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
MY HUSBAND ISN'T EASY TO PLEASE WHEN IT COMES TO MEATLOAF, USUALLY KETCHUP HAS TO BE PUT ON IT FOR HIM TO BE SATISFIED. AND I'M VERY CRITICAL OF MY OWN COOKING IF A RECIPE DOESN'T COME OUT THE WAY I THINK IT SHOULD, BUT THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE. I DID HAVE TO COOK IT LONGER THAN IT SAID, BUT WHEN IT REACHED 160 DEGREES, I TOOK IT OUT AND IT WAS SOOOO MOIST. THAT WAS THE BEST MEATLOAF I THINK I EVER HAD, AND I'VE HAD A LOT OF MEATLOAF. I DID MIX IT UP, PUT IT IN THE BAKING PAN AND PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR ABOUT 1 1/2 HRS. BEFORE I COOKED IT. I WANTED THE FLAVORS TO BLEND.

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
LOVED IT! SO EASY TO MAKE AND TASTED PERFECT. I DON'T LIKE THINGS REAL SALTY, SO I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS WHEN SOME REVIEWERS SAID IT WAS TOO SALTY. IT WASN'T TOO SALTY AT ALL. WE WILL BE HAVING THESE A LOT.

Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2013
Made this last year and it was a huge hit. I made extra, jarred it and gave it to different family members. Let's just say, my aunt didn't want to share. Only change, 1/3 orange zest, instead of 2/3's! Best Recipe Ever!

Wilted Cabbage Salad with Bacon

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
I LOVED THIS, BUT I ALSO DIDN'T PUT IN THE VINEGAR, AND IT WAS GREAT! I COOKED THE BACON AND SET IT ASIDE. I PUT A TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL IN THE PAN, AND THEN PUT IN THE ONIONS AND GARLIC AND ALSO 1/4 TEASPOON EACH OF SALT AND PEPPER, AND SCRAPPED THE BITS OFF THE BOTTOM AS I SAUTEED THEM. THEN I ADDED THE CABBAGE AND BACON AND SAUTEED IT ALL FOR ABOUT 20 TO 30 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT, STIRRING EVERY 5 MINUTES. YUMMMMMM

Beer-Boiled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
MY HUSBAND AND I DIDN'T LIKE THESE AT ALL. I EVEN ADDED FRESH GARLIC, AND THEN ADDED GARLIC POWDER AT THE END AND IT STILL DIDN'T TASTE GOOD. I'M GLAD I ONLY DID 2 LBS. VERY DISAPPOINTED. IF I WOULD'VE ADDED SOME CUT UP SAUSAGE TO THE BUTTER AND ONIONS IN THE BEGINNING, THAT WOULD'VE MADE IT TASTE REALLY GOOD. IT NEEDED SOME FLAVOR.
