Bubba's Best BBQ Sauce

The best just as it is! I always make at least a double batch and freeze half for another time. I won't make any other kind after making this!

Creamy Coleslaw

This was the best coleslaw ever! I didn't think the raisins made a difference , but they did. It's just that extra little bit of "sweet" that added a lot. I also added a little salt that was not in the recipe. I served it with ribs and it was a major hit.

Really good! I did use heavy cream because that's what I had and added parmesan cheese like one reviewer suggested. Yum!

Mexican Chicken Kiev

Easy ! I loved that I could make it ahead so it's ready to pop in the oven while we're eating appetizers. I made it with Mexican Rice II from the site and both were hits!

Washabinaros Chili

Biggest hit at the Super Bowl party. I used jalapeno and serrano peppers and some hot sausage along with "not so hot". My husband thought it was a little too sweet so maybe I'll back off on the sugar, but everyone else thought it was perfect. It is the only chili I will make from now on.

Simple Carnitas

Delicious! I put all of the ingredients in a slow cooker for 9-10 hours. That's it! Then layered the meat on a flour tortilla with peppers, salsa, and shredded cheese and quickly broiled this so the cheese melted. Added a touch of sour cream. YUM!

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

I wasn't sure I would like the mushrooms after they were in the food processor so I kept some out and added them after I processed most. It was great! To get the full 6 servings I had to add more of the broth ,cream and seasonings so next time I will double or triple the recipe right at the beginning.

Spinach Alfredo Pizza

Fabulous! Just a few changes. I made my own Alfredo sauce (Easy Alfredo Sauce in Allrecipes), prebaked the crust for 2 minutes on a hot pizza stone before adding the toppings, and no spinach or olives and it was a major hit! I love all types of pizza and this was one of the BEST!

Margaret's Keftedes (Greek Meatballs)

I served this at our dinner club and it was a hit. I followed the advice of some of the other reviewers and only used 1 egg. That was great. I changed the meat combo to a mixture of beef,pork and veal. Loved it served with crispy pitas and tzatziki sauce. GREAT!
