Ratatouille

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
This was a very hearty and delicious veggetable meal, but there really wasn't that much flavor except for the natural flavor of the veggies. I experimented with various cheeses and seasonings and found that there has to be more seasoning. This was good but I warn you that you should put in a lot of cheese and seasoning to make it really tasty.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
WOW! Really amazing. Delicious cookie dough and even better cookies! I put my cookies through a cookie press and they turned out great. Even the day after they are really soft and chewy. These are really amazing cookies. Thank you so much!

Oreo™ Cookie Bark

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This is very delicious, but quite difficult to make (I don't know if I did something wrong but...). I had to melt the chocolate in a saucepan because the microwave took too long and then in the sauce pan I had to add touches of vegetable oil so that the chips would melt willingly. Even though it was difficult to create; It is very good and I have to give out the recipe so many times! All in all very good, but will try to prep it easier next time! Merci beaucoup, pour une recette fantastique!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
These are great cookies! The only thing I have to complain is that the dough is very, very sticky and that makes it difficult to form the "walnut-sized balls". MY TIP: put the dough in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before forming the balls; it won't stick to you as easily and the dough is much easier to work with. AND: instead of rolling the dough balls IN the sugar; just sprinkle it on the dough before it goes into the oven and it will cut down on the sweetness. All in all a very good cookie.

Honey Nut Granola

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2009
I was so excited to finally finda Granola recipe that was delicious! I used the Olive oil instead of Canola oil, only to save on calories and fat. This was amazing and easy to cut recipe in half or double! This is extremely simple and whats best is that you can add things to it! If you are waiting for a great Granola recipe; I don't what is keeping you. Thank you for this great, simple recipe!

Strawberry Butter

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
This was very tasty and it keeps well. This wasn't like the kind of butter that you keep in your Fridge; this was thin but don't let that stop you! Excellent on a toasted English Muffin and Toast. Or even dip a Banana into it!!!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
Great and Yummy! How can this be? if you want bigger cookies then don't go with the tablespoon size, these babies don't expand much. But utterly chewy and tasty fresh from the oven.

Chewy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
Granola bars can come out dry and mine did. I recommend putting more honey in to act as a binder, but other then that this was Delicious (and sinful)!

Puppy Chow

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
Wow! This was Delicious! Be sure to use a really big bowl when combining the Chocolate mixture with the cereal. I used the whole 12 oz box and there was still Chocolate to spare. i recommend refrigerating this until serving so that the Powdered Sugar can stay on the Chow. What is better then Peanut Butter and Chocolate together anyway?
