McCormick(R) White Chicken Chili
I have been making this for about 4 years now. 2-3 times a month during the winter! I use extra virgin olive oil instead of veg. oil, and I also fry 1 small-med diced onion with the chicken. I also use chicken broth instead of oil, and 2 cans of beans. This is a staple comfort food in our house!

Spicy Melted Cheese Dip
This is a great dip. I fry up a diced onion with my meat, and the drain and rinse my meat. I use Rotel instead of plain tomatoes, and I also add a drained can of mushrooms! Yum!

Chicken Quesadillas and Fiesta Rice
I have been making these quesadillas for several years, and my family loves them. I used to use the seasoned Tyson chicken meat, but now I use chicken breast & sprinkle them with McCormick fajita seasoning before cooking...great flavor.
