Oven Roasted Potatoes

Yum!!! I didn't quite follow all the ingredient additions, but these were yummy. Will definately make many times.

I made this last week and am making again today. I left out the butter last week and it was still great. Today I will make it according to recipe with the exception of decreasing honey to 1/4 c. Next time I plan to use part cornmeal and part ground oats. Very yummy and almost sugarbuster legal. Oh, also I use whole wheat pastry flour in the recipe.

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

This was incredible. We used Grouper as it is much more common in the Florida panhandle. Time consuming, and well worth it. I will make more sauce next time. YUM!!!

Easy Biscuits

This is a good basic bisquit recipe. My favorite part of it was the idea to double the dough. Instead of doubling it, I rolled mine thin and placed one one bisquit ontop of another. This allowed them to pull apart nicely for butter and jelly. I'll do this with all my bisquits from now on.

Southern Living magazine's Breakfast Casserole

This recipe was easy, but it had too much bread in it. It was also slightly bland. I used one extra egg than it called for. If I make it again I will add some onion and less bread.

Barbequed Marinated Flank Steak

Very good and easy. We will use less honey next time as my husband doesn't like sweet with meat. We marinated overnight and cooked in the crock pot. Wonderful smells. Delicious meal.

Hornets Nest Cake

The recipe was really easy to make, but we were totally unhappy with the results. The nuts didn't sink in, while the butterscotch chips sank all the way to the bottom and turned it into a thick gooey mess. Next time I want something with butterscotch I'll stick to cookies.
