Healthy Chocolate Morning Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2015
Amazing! These muffins are perfect just the way the are! Moist, fluffy, super yummy; I have also topped them with icing and called them cupcakes. Funny story: I forgot the milk and doubled the cocoa in one batch (yes, the consistancy was different.....but that is usually the last thing on my radar whilst baking with toddlers....) and they were super delicious and even more fudgy. So now I choose between super yummy muffin, super sinful fudgy dessert, or beautiful chocolate cupcakes. Thank-you!! :)

Salmon Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
Awsome Chowder!! I did change it a little bit, but only because of the ingrediants (or lack there of)that I had at the time. I added some canned crab meat that I had sitting in the cupboard so that I could used it up, and it worked well. I also had to use 1 cup of milk mixed with flour to thicken the soup, as I only had one can of condensed milk (doubled the recipe), which also worked well. Used fresh salmon. Yummy! Thanks!

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
This recipe is awesome! I made a few adjustments: I used two ripe mashed bananas instead of milk; I added 1 cup of museli as well as dark chocolate chunks and I used cranberries instead of blueberries. I also used our homemade apple sauce and they turned out great!
