I am a mid-western working woman who loves to cook. Coming home from work and being in my kitchen is my favorite thing to do. I love to try new recipes and rarely make the same one twice. My family puts up with my experiments and never complains! The food is always good, but sometimes it is amazing. Raspberry Cheesecake, Valentines Day 2010. I DO NOT LIKE TO BAKE. I don't have the patience to measure and fuss. Since this is our favorite dessert (the only dessert I will eat really) I tackled it and it came out perfect. Might even do it again! Usually involve vinegar and/or soy sauce. Somehow I can screw that up on occasion, but I don't know why!
