Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2009
This was absolutely fantastic! I scaled down the recipe so it would be enough for just one large bowl of salad, but next time I will make more to have on hand!

Southwestern Rice

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
This was a great change from spanish rice. I made it without the corn(we have corn on the cob a lot!), but there still seemed to be a little something missing for flavour. It needs some zing but was a good start.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
This is absolutely fantastic. Better than any package of taco seasoning. It is much less salty and has tons more flavor. I didn't change a thing!

G's Flank Steak Marinade

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
This was fantastic. We ordered a quarter cow and had a few cuts of meat that we weren't sure what to do with them. This had a great flavor and left the meat so tender. Thanks for the great recipe!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
This was very moist and juicy chicken, but I would agree that it needs a few more spices and definetly should be baked on a rack over a baking sheet so that both sides of the chicken come out crispy. The kids absolutely loved it!

Mushroom Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
This was a great simple meal. My three kids and husband loved it. Buuut, I did not microwave it. I am completely against microwaving meat, even to defrost I avoid it as much as possible. So I fried it with the mushrooms and used beef broth instead of consomme, as suggested. I also put the Montreal steak spice instead of the other seasonings and it was fantastic. It will become one of our regular meals. Thanks

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
These were very tasty, but they took longer to cook than recipe says. They probably needed another 20 minutes for them to be cooked through, but they still tasted delicious. Unlike other comments, I found the consistency perfect with the portions of milk and flour. Not runny at all like others I have made.

Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
These were absolutely delicious. I will definitely make them again. Next time I will cook them for a shorter time because they seemed to be a little soft when done.
