Well, what to say about myself! I've been cooking for the passed 6 years out of my own kitchen just for kicks. I started off with a huge fascination with Asian cookery and experimenting with various soups. Eventually I started reading more recipes and branching out into other various styles. After much pressure from my friends and family I decided to attend culinary school to put what I've learned thus far to good use. I attended George Brown College for their Chef training program. Afterwards I was hired right out of school in my remaining weeks of the program and now currently cook as a career in the Distillery District in Toronto Ontario. Cooking is my life and I love it. I guess that's it!
