Apple Squares

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
Hubby and I enjoyed this a lot! I added 2 tablespoons of applesauce to make more moist and it did just that. This was something new for us to try and we really enjoyed it. Mine crumbled a bit too much I wasn't able to get perfect bars but they were tasty. I will be making again. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
Being a new wife I'm trying new things in the kitchen. I feel like my husband and I don't have exciting meals...this added excitement. This was so delicious and I feel so liberated that I was able to make this successfully. My husband ate 3 of 'em. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
Another great creation. The soy sauce in my opinion made it a little too salty for my taste, my husband loved it. I think I'll get low sodium next time. I also breaded my chicken and it came out nice and sticky and sweet. I had steamed rice and steamed veggies. Thumbs up!!

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
You guys make me look better and better by the day!! My husband expressed earlier that he doesn't really like salisbury steak and he thinks of TV dinners when he thinks of it but I had him surprised! I am so happy I stumbled on this recipe, it's great. I've never had my gravy come out that good. I followed this recipe to the T and I will be using it again.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
This was THE BEST!!! So...I'm broke and I had to use what I had on hand. Instead of Cornflakes I had to use Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I told my husband in advance we might be going out for dinner cause I didn't know how this would work. I baked for 30 min and broiled for 5. He took one bite and said "You could make this every day of the week and I'd love it." My picky eater husband has never had a clean plate! He did this time. Thank you so much!!!
