Triple Dipped Fried Chicken
This recipe sounded delicious and my mouth watered as I made the dry mix and the batter. I did not like how this turned out at all. It formed more of a hard shell rather than turn "crispy." Once you peeled the shell off in one piece, the skin was still in tact underneath. I love batter so I tried nibbling on it but it had no flavor. I will definitely stick to the basic flour, salt and pepper.

Bourbon-Mango Pulled Pork
Followed recipe exactly (although roast was 4.5 lbs instead of 4) and it turned out perfect. I got several compliments on this. So easy too!

Northwest Steakhouse Steak Marinade
Love it! I was wondering if anybody had any tips as far as when you pour the mixture/roll the steaks in it. The butter hardens almost immediately after touching the steaks as well as when you pull the steaks out to BBQ. I ended up breaking a bunch of the marinade up and sprinkling it onto the steaks. Still turned out great, but looking for tips!
