I love being outdoors, having fun with my girls, and of course food :) I like to try anything new with food. I like to make anything with veggies. I love the process of dicing and slicing! My grandma is an amazing finnish cook. She makes delicious pannukakku, runzas, and pasties. Every day that my family can celebrate, they do, and it's usually with food and a great big cake. My biggest cooking triumphs are when I can do something that I thought only my mom or grandma could do: making pretty christmas cookies, baking my first turky, and canning to name a few. Anytime that I've tried something new (which is a lot) and it hasn't worked out the way I thought it would.
