A Night Out
About this Cook
I love being outdoors, having fun with my girls, and of course food :)
My favorite things to cook
I like to try anything new with food. I like to make anything with veggies. I love the process of dicing and slicing!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandma is an amazing finnish cook. She makes delicious pannukakku, runzas, and pasties. Every day that my family can celebrate, they do, and it's usually with food and a great big cake.
My cooking triumphs
My biggest cooking triumphs are when I can do something that I thought only my mom or grandma could do: making pretty christmas cookies, baking my first turky, and canning to name a few.
My cooking tragedies
Anytime that I've tried something new (which is a lot) and it hasn't worked out the way I thought it would.

Feta Cheese Foldovers
These went over really well!! I made them with crescent rolls instead of the puff pasty and I didn't coat them with the egg white. They were flaky, buttery and delicious, so good!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
I did exactly as the recipe said and it turned out really well. The only thing I would change would be to put some parm. on the top so the top gets a little more cruncy. This will def. be my go to recipe!

Country Apple Dumplings
These were perfect!! I used Diet Ginger Ale instead of the mtn dew and it still turned out perfectly. So very yummy!
