Very good recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and everyone liked it but we all agreed that it would be better without the sugar. I personally would increase the garlic too but I like a lot more garlic than most.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I

Great alternative to chinese take-out! My kids won't eat rice but they love this dish. I take a few liberties based on other reviewers and to make it kid-friendly (celery not a favorite) but it is remarkably close to the restaraunt fried rice.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

These are awesome! I made them w/corn tortillas because that's what we had at the time and they were a big hit. Definitely making this a regular menu item in our home.

Chicken a la Good

This was delicious and my family loved it. I followed the recipe exactly. We had one portion left over and the next morning I sliced it into several 1/4" slices and made sandwiches for my 2 sons for their school lunches and they really enjoyed them.
