Frosted Banana Bars

This is so good! I had to improvise a bit, as I was out of vanilla extract, so I used almond instead. And I had to use a larger pan and increased the cooking time. Anyhoo, this is one soft, moist, delicious recipe. P.S. - you don't need to frost them. They are awesome plain!

This is awesome! I only used two tomatoes (because that's all I had), but kept the rest the same. It's sooooo yummy!

Quinoa and Black Beans

OH MY GOSH, this is sooooooo good! I've never made Quinoa before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this recipe is fabulous! I didn't change anything about the recipe, except for use one can of black beans and one can of white kidney beans, because I didn't have two cans of black beans. But regardless, this has excellent flavor and the combination of textures is perfect! Thanks for submitting this!
