Quick and Super Easy Chicken and Dumplings
Thank you, thank you, thank you busy mom. This recipe is simply divine, and I do mean "simply". I literally had this on the table in 30 minutes. And I even sautéed onions, carrots, and celery in a tablespoon of butter and two boneless skinless chicken breasts rather than canned. My daughter said it was the best thing she ever ate. Lol.

Easy Sugar Cookies
Not what I was expecting. followed recipe to a "T" and they were flat. Including letting buter sit at room temperature all afternon. Nice flavor, but I could have gotten the same result with a tube at the grocery store. Will continue my search for the ultimate sugar cookie....... EDIT: Found out oven was left at 350 degrees from last cookies I baked. Also refrigerated the dough between batches seemed to help. They were a little more puffy. Still not perfectly satisfied.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints
These cookies are divine! A new favorite for the Holidays at our house. Made no changes, except to add a little more milk for the glaze. I added a slivered almond before baking for presentation. I took the advice of another member and refrigerated them between batches and they did not spread as much and rose beautifully. My batch yielded 46 petite cookies. UPDATE!! WARNING. Do not use an air bake cookie sheet. My last bach still wasn't brown on the bottom after 20 minutes. Use a traditional sheet.
