I liked this alright. Definitely too rich/tangy to eat on its own but tasty enough as a topping for baked potato. My favorite way to eat this though, is shredded on a pizza crust with red onion, smoked gouda, and mozzarella! It makes a GREAT BBQ chicken pizza!
