This was really good, did half the sugar, used a large bag of frozen mixed fruit! Would definitely make this again! Maybe half the recipe, it certainly makes a lot!!

Healthier Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2013
Very Good, used my food processor to slice potatoes and grate the old cheese, the rest was easy, I salted & peppered each layer and threw in a pinch of rosemary as well in each layer. Put rosemary in the sauce also, it turned out wonderful, well worth the wait!

Parmesan Broccoli Balls

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
This was not to bad should have put less parmesan in it. As one reviewer suggested I cooked the whole batch up into a 9 inch glass pan, otherwise was pretty good.

Apple Sheet Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
This is a kick butt recipe I love it(so does everyone else)! I made it in a 9X13 Baking pan instead, baking time is the same, makes it a little thicker. Added a 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon to the pastry. I'm not sure why everyone else says there is not enough pastry though, I can still make it fit a 10X15 cookie pan. I found that rolling the pastry out on parchment paper worked out well, if you don't roll it out thin enough the pastry is to thick, and didn't make the "frosting". This is definitely apple pie on a bigger scale, you certainly get a lot more pieces, this hasn't lasted long in my house.

Italian Style Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
Was great, very yummy, but would have been nice if the recipe said crush crackers to fine crumbs(would have stuck better to meat) once coated and in pan I took a bunch more of the coating and sprinkled it over the chops. I mixed up the dry ingredients and put half into another bowl as it made way to much(that's with cutting down the recipe to 3 servings). I used this remaining coating and used it on chicken I baked a few days later, kept the coating mix in a tupperware in the fridge. Had this with the Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole on this site excellent!

Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
Was great, but would have been better if I had made up the stuffing before hand, I ended up lifting the cheese top and carefully pouring some hot water over the dry stuffing mix(was definitely better once I did this).

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
This tasted really good, but when I put the parcels in the oven within 10 minutes the oven was smoking so I had tdo pull them out. At this point what i did was take everything out of the packages and put them into a shallow dish, cover it with foil and finished baking it. It was great! Next time I think I will just do it all in the dish!!!!!
